• Interior Design - this is when we architect the solution with design graphics tools and creative application. Our expertise brings together all of the dimensions of a living, breathing environment - colours, textures, materials, furniture, technology, communications, ...
• Critical Path Plannning - we identify and put management interventions in place to pre-empt and control those project steps that are critical to a smooth and hassle free implementaion. Again, our experience allows us to easily recognise and identify major and minor issues that can influence the overall process.
• Implementation - Our teams of artisans have worked with us for many years and so we are confident of their work quality. But we leave nothing to chance, and that is why you will see senior consultants on site much of the time - ensuring rigorous standards are maintained for delivery on time every time
• Review - we review the impact of the implemenation and discuss ways of adding further value six weeks down the road.
